How does your body feel today?
I consider myself a life long student, constantly growing and learning new modalities to improve my understanding and ability to help others. I have always had a big heart and a strong desire to give back to others. My path in life has drawn me towards compassion and healing, which is how I arrived into bodywork.
Using my past experience in caregiving coupled with the excellent training in massage therapy at Body Mechanics I use a combination of intuition, experience and an attentive ear coupled with my clients goals to create an integrative treatment plan that is aggressive yet realistic. It is imperative that I honor my clients desires as well as my integrity when providing the best and most effective experience possible.
I offer a combination of styles that suit your body's needs such as relaxation, Swedish, sports, and injury treatment and plan on continuing to expand my repertoire and skillset throughout my career.
Please allow me the privilege to listen to your body's needs so you may live your best, relaxed and pain free journey.
